grief support for the months after.

in your pocket at 3am, on their birthday, and on every ordinary day in between.

you can't fix it. but you can give them somewhere to put it — and once they're in, helping hands tells you what would actually help.

a note from us spring 2026

to you, reading this.

when you lose someone you love, the world gives you about a week. then the cards stop, the casseroles stop, and you're left holding everything that was them — the voicemails, the photos, the things you never got to say.

we couldn't find a place for that. the apps we tried wanted us to track our mood, finish a programme, or move on. we didn't want to move on. we wanted somewhere to keep them close.

so we're building dearly with people who are grieving, and we'll keep it that way. if you join the waitlist, you'll help shape it.

which phone do you use?
